The location is convenient and decent, at a medium distance from Chaweng Viewpoint. the view to the sea is beautiful. - the room is a nice size and beautiful. - Really helpful staff ensures you spend a thoroughly enjoyable time here. - This place is extremely beautiful.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, especially the size of the room was great, around 50m2... The food in the restaurant was pretty delicious...

The beach was narrow with some rocks in front of the hotel.. The worst was the dirty water which flows through the beach into the ocean (just near the steps of the hotel) in the room, the air contition was very noisy and from the rooms at the back row (which are next to street) street noise can cause difficulty while sleeping.

It was a bit far from the main chaweng beach area. No view from inner rooms

During our New Year's stay, we really enjoyed the stunning view from the breakfast table and the friendly staff. the fact that most of the staff spoke good English made our communication much easier. we appreciated the great location of the hotel, with a short walk to the beach and a wonderful pool to relax in.

One aspect we weren't happy with was the layout of the double room. It had an empty side room with no furniture inside, making us feel uncomfortable.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was so great. We had flowers in our rooms everywhere when we arrived. A little bit outside Chaweng, but there was a complimentary Shuttlebus. Staff was extremely friendly.

Hotel's airport shuttle too expensive

Thoroughly enjoyed nice and unbeatable location, right by taxis going back and forth as too far to walk in the heat as well as ‘ Bangrak' Pier. Villa I stayed at was well-equipped and neat with jacuzzi😀❤

Stayed in a room with a private pool and enjoyed the beautiful sunset view from the spacious patio. The infinity pool was stunning and the meals were delicious. Friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. Shuttle service to town available twice a day.

Big room, nice bathroom, staff tryed all the time.

In the room are very strange noises during the night, also a lot of noise from the street. The pool is very small, the beach is not for swimming because of the rocks. The hotel is quite old.

Hotel must improve cleanliness to access the beach from the hotel staircases. Shower to be masde available.

The location of this place is excellent and beautiful, with spacious rooms featuring lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The bedroom was very nicely decorated and jacuzzi was great to relax in after getting sunburnt. Reception staff very polite. Great for anyone seeking the quieter part of samui, if not then hire a car.

The outer doors to the jacuzzi did not lock. Drinks and restaurant too expensive

The hotel staff are really nice to us and help us with tours and give us clear information. They are friendly and nice, I had a comfortable stay and my friends are really happy about The Sarann.

The Sarann is located at the end of the beach so the town is about 10 mins drive which cost 250 baht for taxi one way.

Very kind staffs and romantic place !
